She is also an Agriculturist, Agribusiness specialist, Global Business expert and Leader with experience in strategic planning and investor relations. She is a Specialist in Export business and marketing, product development. She combines all these as a women trainer and mentor. Mrs Adebayo has engaged in the following food business activities: >Training at the Institute of Food technology Chicago with USA courses/Research for Agro rejection/remedies >Organized Women for Export to the US under the AGOA program >Formation of WAPAGEN object and activities >International formation of WAPAGEN (Thailand chapter) international partnership- Southern University, Dallas University USA >Registered 1000 women Cooperative farmers in Niger State for the production of crops eg Yam, Potatoes, Guinea corn, Beans etc >Fishing Project at Shiroro >Served at Gen Shippers Council >Seminar for Women farmers at. Kissi, Oyó State for organic yam production >Urban farming for food security Training. Mrs Adebayo has worked as a Director in the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria in charge of Procurement and secretary of Ministerial Tenders Board.She retired after 35 years of meritorious service to the Federal Government and her fatherland. Mrs Adebayo has a Teacher Grade 2 Certificate, A Nigerian Certificate in Education (Home Education), A BSC Vocational Home Economics Education/ Nutrition, M.E.D in Vocational Home Economics and nutrition/Educational. She acquired these certificates from the following schools: >Southern University, Baltimore Rouge Louisiana, USA >Louisiana State University Balton Rouge, Louisiana >Federal College of Education, Kontagora, Niger State A tireless worker, Mrs Adebayo is poised to add value to the Nigerian economy by pooling together so many entrepreneurs to launch food products of international quality into the global market.
